Claude Max and Team monthly API credits: $100 (Max 5x), $200 (Max 20x) or up to $500 pooled (Team)

Since October 2026, Claude Max 5x includes $100 and Max 20x $200 a month in Claude Platform credits, and Team plans get $20 per Standard seat and $100 per Premium seat, pooled up to $500. The credits are for building your own apps and agents on the Claude API and must be claimed once.

How to get it

  1. 1After seven days on Max or Team, open Settings > Billing (Max) or Organization settings > Billing (Team) on claude.ai in a web browser.
  2. 2In the API credits section, select Link organization and choose or create the Claude Console organization that should receive the credits.
  3. 3Accept the Supplemental Credit Terms; the credit appears under Promotional credits on the Console's billing page.

Good to know

  • Free, Pro and Enterprise plans aren't eligible; discounted Nonprofit and Scientists Team plans are.
  • Interactive Claude Code, extra usage in the Claude apps and Claude on Bedrock, Vertex AI or Foundry aren't covered.
  • Credits refresh each billing cycle (monthly on annual plans) and expire at its end with no rollover.
  • Each plan links to one Console organization, and you can't change the link yourself.
