What is ClickUp?

ClickUp aims to replace separate project, docs and chat tools with one Workspace organized into Spaces, Folders and Lists. Apps cover the web, Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android, and voice-first Brain MAX apps bring its AI outside the browser.

What stands out

Limitations

The plan price is not the whole bill if you want full AI: Everything AI at $28 per user/month costs more than the Business plan itself. Upgrades cover every Workspace member, so costs climb with team size. Free Forever’s 60 MB storage fills fast with attachments, and many advanced features on lower plans are limited trial uses that do not reset.
