Reclaim.ai is a scheduling layer that sits on top of Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar rather than replacing it. You set priorities, goals and working hours, and its AI agents keep moving flexible events so they fit around fixed meetings.

Yes. Reclaim connects Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Exchange-backed accounts with real-time two-way sync, including shared mailboxes, delegated calendars and Microsoft Teams links, and Outlook is supported on every plan.

Not a native one. Reclaim's help center says there are no iOS or Android apps today, but the web app at app.reclaim.ai is mobile-friendly and can be added to your home screen.

Dropbox. The Reclaim website brands the product as Reclaim.ai from Dropbox, and Reclaim continues to sell its own plans, from free Lite through Starter and Business to Enterprise.
