Otter Business at $24 per user per month is the full Business plan for its first 3 months on monthly billing, 20% below the $30 list price. Compared with Otter Pro, Business drops the monthly minute cap on meetings and recordings, allows 4 hours per meeting instead of 90 minutes, and runs 3 meetings at once instead of 2. AI Chat rises from 50 to 200 queries per user a month, and imported files get 6,000 minutes per user against Pro's 1,200.

The Otter Business discount saves $6 per user each month: $18 per user over the 3 months. Month 4 brings the regular $30, so a first year on monthly billing costs $342 per user ($72 plus 9 payments of $30). Annual billing at $19.99 per user per month comes to $239.88 for the year, $102.12 less. The discounted monthly route stays cheaper only if you leave within 8 months ($222).

A footnote on Otter's pricing page limits the Business discount to first-time subscribers without defining the term, so anyone who has paid for Otter Pro before should check the total at checkout. The promo code is built into the Business checkout link on Otter's website, and Otter doesn't say it carries over to purchases in its iOS or Android app. Business workspaces top out at 25 billed users; bigger rollouts go through Enterprise sales.
